1.How long do I have to wait to do sports again after a breast augmentation?

For the first 6 weeks, you should only sleep on your back. A side sleeping position is also to be avoided, as there is otherwise a risk that the implants could slip. A nursing pillow in the head area can help maintain the optimal sleeping position in the first few weeks.

How painful the phase after the surgery will be depends on the individual pain perception and the size of the implants. A slight feeling of pressure up to tension pain due to the stretching of the breast tissue and muscle is possible. In some cases, there is also movement pain, which is perceived as unpleasant despite medication. However, the pain usually subsides significantly after about two to three days.
