After a detailed consultation with Dr. Klöppel, I immediately decided on him and his team. He has already performed more than 1,500 breast surgeries. Dream Result after Breast Augmentation via the Armpit
I had been thinking about breast augmentation for a long time and, after extensive research and several consultations, I decided on an operation with Dr. Klöppel in Munich. Firstly, because he can perform the method endoscopically via the armpit, and secondly, because I felt perfectly informed and educated after the consultation. Implant Exchange via Armpit Incision
I had a ruptured implant that needed to be replaced as quickly as possible. Since the first surgery took place via the armpit, I absolutely wanted to use this access route again to avoid further scars. Dr. Klöppel was the only doctor who said he could do this; everyone else said it was impossible, too risky, etc.
Although the surgery was complicated and rather long (capsule removal, etc.), I felt really well shortly after waking up – a compliment also to the anesthetist at the Iatros Clinic.
Dr. Klöppel answered my countless questions thoroughly and patiently in two preliminary discussions and relieved me of all my fears and worries.
I would also like to praise Dr. Klöppel’s staff. Dr. Metka and everyone else are incredibly competent, friendly, caring, and cheerful. And the practice is available around the clock should any problems arise.
Several months have passed now. The result is perfect, looks natural, and suits my type.

More than satisfied after axillary breast augmentation
I am more than satisfied with Dr. Klöppel & colleagues. From the very first appointment, my wishes were taken into account. I received very friendly and competent advice. If I had any open questions, whether before or after the surgery, I could call at any time, and someone always took time for me.
On the day of the surgery, I was informed about the procedure again. Everything happened in a very calming atmosphere; the calm manner of the team naturally relieved my anxiety.

Axillary Breast Augmentation with 375 cc after 5 years, still super satisfied
My breast augmentation was already 5 years ago, and I still love it today!
In the consultation back then, I learned everything about axillary breast augmentation, in which the breast remains completely scar-free because the incision is directly in the armpit.
I have teardrop-shaped implants with 375 cc, which Dr. Klöppel selected during the surgery. Only an approximate size had been agreed upon beforehand, as he asked if it would be okay to choose the implant size during the surgery, because he simply has the perfect eye for how large the implants should be in proportion to the body. And I haven’t regretted it for a second! He simply knows what fits!
I am still super satisfied with the result!
